As you can see, been a forum member for quite some time, but I only started stalking the forums when diablo was released.

Anyways, I am kinda bored of farming Rakanoth over and over again, and I found another spot.

Act 2 Q9: The Scouring of Caldeum.

All you need to do is run like hell and save all the townspeople. On hell i average 6-7k per run and on Inferno 10-12k per run. All this with 225GF gear.

If you feel lucky you can even kill the mobs around for blue items more gold. But rushing is the best solution.

The downside to inferno is that the villagers die from a single hit, whilst on hell they can take a hit or two, giving you better chances for gold.

Did this on a monk with 180% GF.
First run I got 3.5k gold, it took 1min 40sec (or 100 seconds).
That's 35g per second, which is 2.1k per minute, which is like 126k per hour.

This is only from one test tho, and with pretty low GF. This farm spot is valid and can even be botted.

Frapsed my monk run, just because. (my computer is pretty slow tho, so got some fps issues when frapsing)
