Yeah this is doable, been some scripts around this for some time. It suffers heavily from log in lag if that occurs though.

I do not claim a guess. I do not have pruflink, so you can listen to me or not. This is your choice. But I saw bluepost where it was said that they keep statistics on created games to improve the gameplay ability in general. From this it follows that there is a high probability that this method will raise a red flag.
Simple math. Suppose that a visit to the chest takes about 10 seconds. In an hour it will be 360 visits. Looking further, let's say 10,000 players will take advantage of this method. 10,000 people, drawn not from a void but in watching video clips on youtube exploits in which there are videos with 15k views.
In total : 360x10000=3,600,000 games per hour, on the same quest.
