I've found that its either Forward Barracks instead of Cryder, and Supply something instead of Foundry, if its Foundry theres a chest on top, if its not, there is no chest but a mini-event with a whole bunch of Reviled zerging everything.

Yes, there are other possible Dungeons instad of cryder. I'm not 100% sure, but the other dungeons include the chests aswell, thought they are way bigger.

Yes if you change the quest to the start of Machines of War when you walk out of the keep it will create a checkpoint which will make the runs much faster. You do lose Tyreal doing this so make sure you are strong enough to solo it if you do this.

You can also lure elite packs to the top outside the walls and kill them ledging.

You don't need a WP. You just walk out of the keep to the Arreat Gate and it's right outside of that.

I did 25 runs now EU, if I get it right, this entrance with rep. chest near it is supposed to be at the same place where cryders outpost spawns ? I didnt get foundry once

Nop, chest on top is only if Foundry spawns, Cryders is just underbridge 2.0
