Extremely quick rare/magic pack farming Act I-8 – works 100%

well its basically nerfed, no 100% rar mob spawn, but i still got like 4 rares in ~ 30minutes, tons of rares too.

I just found 2 rar mobs in 1 run, 2 rar drops - nerfed but just slightly

There is always at least one rare, often two. But not always is the rare in the house sometimes hes outside. So if you don't find one inside, run out. I've been farming this spot for a few hours now on hell and I've never not had at least one rare mob and at least one white chest. Quie often there is a chest on the outside, too, so even if the rare was inside I quickly check the outside.

This is just a lovely farming spot, it nets me decent XP with fair amounts of golds, blues and rares. I love it. <3

Everything nerfed... The only thing not nerfed is difficulty...

Did this actually get nerfed? I still see all the rare packs spawning but I haven't gotten very good loot so far. Just blues.

I swapped out gear and put on about 95 percent MF gear... have gotten about 20-25 yellows in 2 hours.. a couple decent pieces but as is most gear, even yellows, a lot of it goes to the vendor.

Im doing this on hell atm. Piss esay and a run takes 1 min. I got 74mf. I got loads of yellew and blues

Good run and easy mobs, those clothies do not survive to much.
Even with 0 MF you still get blues, sadly for inferno its just the first tier of items.
But hell of a easy farmspot. never met a to hard mob, and fast books!

Fixed on EU I think. I can't select this quest (it only shows the first two quests).

Just select the 9th Quest of Act 1 and start from there. Then run down south - kill all mobs, run out the manor and outside is still a yellow mob to kill.
So, still works on EU.

Ye but the loot rate of yellow item / blue item and gold was reduced alot so is not usefull now but thanks
