Mooege- The Diablo 3 Emulator - Updated Master Compiles

So any idea on what this is. Diablo just hangs at the Authenticating process. Now i'm not sure if this makes any difference but I installed this on my laptop as well so I could show my friend.

Happened to my sister, switched repositories and it worked just fine (Not an ideal solution because you have to make a new character (I think.))

Nope. I was working fine the other day and then all of a sudden this happens.

Switched repositories, what do you mean. plz explain. Or should I just do the redo the mpq files and redo mooege which doesn't take that long.

@bean im guessing one of the main MPQ's (core-data, base win, client, i think those are the three) is corupted. Try replacing them all and try using madcow as well.

I looked at the MadCow and it looks confusing and there link to Youtube video sends me to megaupload which we all know was taken by the fbi. Don't have any kind of C compiler either.

I don't know squat, I only just found out about this beta emulation thing a few days ago. All I know is that my sister was using MadCow under the repository "wetwlly-mooege-767af98" and it randomly became stuck on "Authenticating" whenever attempting to log in.

Switching to "mooege-mooege-80274cb" fixed it.

Going to "C:\MadCow2012\Repositories" and deleting, then re-downloading "wetwlly-mooege-767af98" also fixed it. (Obviously deleting the character data in the process.)

I was too lazy to try figuring out which file(s) the character data was stored on, so I just had her copy the entire "wetwlly-mooege-767af98" folder to the desktop every hour or so, then just copy/paste/overwrite back into the repository directory if it decides to **** up again (No idea what the problem is, but hopefully that helps until someone who actually knows what they're talking about comes along.)

Damn this is so sexy game.
I hope someone who is smart enough in coding, well not much left from here, just fix trading, breaking items, dropping them and some doors and make monsters aggro + bosses (later can be scripted) <- all that into one package and make it as private server where would be monthly fee like 5 dollars, I bet my ass that it will be full of players and the guy who coded will be rich as f**k. Only problem is Blizzard but if it is kept very private (for example websites only available to connectors with proxy like TOR browser etc)

I hope I would be so good at coding that I could do that. I have had lots of private servers myself so I can spawn mobs and bosses to places and decorate everything a bit so if someone who can code that much is interested in to doing this and don't want to do the long but easy part (spawning mobs everywhere, making websites for the server etc) contact me or give me your contact info!

How does one downgrade to patch 12?

I would also like to know, when I try to delete the latest patch on this system it seems the D3 client is still running patch 13 judging by release notes on bottom left of login screen

can anyone (or mooage guys) tell me that what they changed inside the graphic engine?cause i cant see the vivid (dum by) coloured fog @ some places....for examples (blue fog/shader?) :

obviously the 2nd link/image has a nice white balance and the unpleasant blue fog has been eliminated....so im curious, how the guys made this change exactly

by refining the code lol. Im guessing some variable that set it was too high.

You guys have done an incredible job! HUZZAHH!! Hey I have a question.. Now these.. Repositories? (sp) Are these kinda like different servers so they have different content and have different progressions? And if so which one is the most complete?
