You can rollback if not restarted PC. Just rename back files with *.Trash extension:
${Root}/Bnet/battle.net.dll.Trash
${Root}/Diablo III.exe.Trash
${Root}/fmodex.dll.Trash
${Root}/icudt44.dll.Trash
${Root}/icuin44.dll.Trash
${Root}/icuuc44.dll.Trash
${Root}/ijl15.dll.Trash

...and edit you patch file ${Root}/Data_D3/PC/realmlist.dtf for example on:
set patchlist localhost

+ delete all *,mpq above 9327

I have renamed all the dll's and the exe ..but I don't understand the last thing you wrote ......
What do I have to do is to wrote another line under this one

before you speak-write next time, do your reserch for the guy you are talking to, and check his work and then you will see who's the noob and who's not,
who helps and who's not!

also english is not the native language to 80% of the world (FYI), so who cares if you find my spelling bad,you got the point and that's more important.

if you got offended, seems you are a noob and maybe from the worst kind: those who dont read the ****ing manual, they click links first, then try to run, they get an error, and go straight to complain on the first forum they find, without even reading the posts, without even spending few mins to read the instructions, and without even using the damn SEARCH on the forum!

they think that they diserve a special care, a more personal step by step support, like they have bought the game and demand for profesional company support!

for those having issue to login at patch 17 and current moogen version, and they are stack in the google.protocol console command and the login screen doesnt move on,

try to patch the game AGAIN, and then give a bigger in leght password!

for example 134678964 not just 1 or ab.
