No!!!! This is fraud!!! The guy is lying, it was me who paid 40 buck and after few weeks the payment for the game had been charged back. So now I have starter edition on account. It was may fault that I trusted his. But now I realize that almost everybody who is selling an account is scammer. Don't trust people who are selling new things for cheap (actually 40 buck is not cheap). Why would they do that...
