Ordered the 1mil DPS package on my barb. Even with all the downtime this week they've managed to beef up my barb substantially.

Before:
240k DPS
3mil toughness
lvl 38 paragon

After:
900k DPS (+ here and there with some item tweaks) and over 1.5 mil with skills and buffs
6mil toughness
lvl 100 paragon
Tons of items/mats/gold

And they offered to extend the service another 12 or so hours to make up all the downtime.

Even though it didn't quite hit 1mil dps, it's very close and I'm very happy with the service they provided. I can imagine how hard it is to do this sort of thing when Blizz servers aren't cooperating. The fact that they've offered to extend the service in order to try and pump up my dps more to extend beyond the 4 days says everything about these guys.

A+ service for sure. I'll definitely be back for more.

one of the items was a shard of hate.......

Communication was good, very helpful and managed to hit the target DPS even after blizzard had long downtimes.
Am surprised to be honest, was skeptical about the whole thing, but am already planning to use again. now shard of hate aye....
