He was able to get a name change done for me on an old account I had for SoR, though I was able to provide all details pertaining to the account... I had put it under a false name, but Blizzard wouldn't let me change it based on just my word. Wanted to move the toon I dinged to 80 (then leveled to 85) to my main but couldn't due to the last names. Got it done within a day (Spoke to him last night, when he submitted the appeal for a name change) and most of that length was just waiting on a response.

That's why he charges for it, because there is no easy way to do it. Yes, it's possible, but not by any legitimate means.

well i got the d3 unban 3 days ago and since i payed i only received a message on skype than on 24h i will have my first appeal, guess what even thou i waited 48h and i asked for it and explained that i had 1 ticket and email sent to blizzard he promised to make me an appeal that will keep count of that, also asked what is going to be my story and he wanted to go for account hacked, told him that i have sc2, wow and during this time i was chating with real id friends that will mean i was playing and that d3 wasn;t stolen for me, he promised to keep that in mind when creating my appeal

After that all i received was a copy paste appeal in which it says i was hacked even tho i stated i don;t want that.
