Yes, or $25 for a RU key that still can play on any server.
Though most people are here selling account from $10-$35 depending on what's on the account. The game isn't worth it.

Given that these accounts are not worth as much as I thought, and that I'm actually more interested in gold anyways. I'll reduce my asking price in the first post.
