How to sell gold using paypal? Person to Person. US Normal D3

Hey guys, I've got gold for sale on US Normal D3
I've messaged 3 different companies and they just keep getting worse.

$0.279/mil
$0.230/mil
$0.200/mil

And then I looked at their SELLING prices, and it's 2x as high.

Clearly there are some problems here, and a market for fair(er) prices.

I've got 200m gold approx. The current US Normal RMAH price is $0.47 which is about $0.34/mil after taxes to my paypal.

So if we met in the middle, we would both be saving equal amounts. At .405/mil it's a shared savings. I'm not buying my gold from other people to resell.

So I'm looking for 1. either a place that will buy my gold for $0.405/mil that has a good rep, or 2. a person who has a good rep willing to pay that much.

Lastly, what is the safest way? I've had EBAY paypal payments clawed back, how do I keep it safe so that once the transaction has been completed the payments can't be clawed back? Would fraps'ing the transaction be enough? Thanks.

find someone wif enough reps and vouches~ at least its safer by alot
