Way to Convert Russian Account to US Language $10

Every method i try has not worked. This has been a two day process and i haven't gotten anywhere. Tryed one on epvp, tryed one from gatherbuddy forums, tryed two from these forum's, tryed one i found on google, every one either does not work at all, or simply crashes the game. Paying $10 and +rep for a way to fix this, Thanks.

Edit: **** my life, if for ten buck's nobudy can find a way, there must not be one, crock of mother ****ing bullshit with these RUS key's, be punching my wall's out by the end of the day...
