email blizzard that you bought the game and that the cd key has already been used. they'll ask for pics which i'm sure you can provide and they will then ban that cd key.

No, contact them by calling their office and tell them what happened. I had the same shit happen to me they fixed it.
If you do get it back i'll give you 30 buxx for it
