They are not serious.

I did some small orders and was no problem at all. They called me via telephone or check my ID, Paypal account or another annoying things. No problem with that.

Around 60 hours ago, I ordered 400M gold and paid them with my paypal funds. Then they said me it was risky for them to get a high payment that way and would need to pay via Western Union (here, in my country, it is not easy to pay through Western Union) so they would refund my money within 24 hours. 60 hours have passed and i've not seen my money, always saying "i've told to boss, it will be solved in a few hours", and that's not true. Refunding money from a transaction is a one-click, instant action, that can be done in 30~ seconds, if they don't do it that's just because they dont want to.

tell them if they don't refund within 24 hours you will charge back.

make sure to screenshot all evidence of non-delivery. Banks will side with you even without evidence but can never be to safe.

That is true if you have pay with credit card, not if you pay with your paypal founds.

I've received all refunds instantly and when i have done any refund to my customers they get the money in that moment.
