I've recently been hit by the ban hammer, and have 1 account that just started a few days back. No bots have been used on this, and I played it up to Normal Act 3. It has not touched any gold from other accounts either.

The key used on this account was bought from MMOGA, and I can show you the email showing the purchase date.
