I always prefer buying keys because accounts can be reclaimed by the original owner. (If it's been traded more than once, then the trader here might not be scamming you)

Because of this I always buy keys and I can buy them for a tiny bit less than retail. If you want a Global key for 58$ I can hook you up. Let me know if you're interested.
