2x pre 28th IB accounts (pc accounts/multiple D3 sessions)

Hello, I am ready to offload my 2 pre 28th IB licenses. They have to be sold as a package as they are under the same IB account.
1 of the accounts has never been used! so it is free to be used. Other one will have to wait for website to come up
Also comes with PoisonXA license for free!!!
I will give you my ini.s for DH, Barb and Wiz along with Key spam setups as a .rar

Requirements to be able to buy!!!

Must have at least 25 rep
Must not be on scammer list. (obvious but some people you never know)
Must be verified on paypal. Payment will be sent as a regular payment NOT GIFT!!!!

Price for the 2 licenses will be $200 obo. I can work with the price some but don't try to low ball me please.
