He wanted to sell the account for 30$, I offered him 25$ + 2 mil igg, he agreed and i asked him to go first, he agreed but all of a sudden, he wanted to black out his picture of his I.D , which was very weird & then we didnt do the trade because of that.

Mostly because you asked me to offer you all three required things (before even a dollar was sent or close to a cent); the SQ/SA and the ID. Sorry, even with good reputation and your flashy Verified rank, I still feel like I'm getting scammed. The black out was more of a sign of me feeling a little bit more safe and when you would have payed the $30 ($25) I would have sent the non-blacked out ID but you did refuse to this as well.

edit: I suggested paying 15% ($9) and then pay the remaining 70% ($21) but refused.
