for the first couple trades its pretty fast, norm on the third trade they do manual verify and takes like 20 min. The after that its back to almost instant verify. Ive been selling on PA for a while on eq2. Ive got some d3 gold up there now to. But its alot safer for me then dealing with forums and possible scammers sadly =(.

Since PA covers you, fraps the delivery and the seller gets paid regardless of what the buyer says since we have proof.
