How will the middleman service work?

Ultimately, will I receive the money from Reflection? If Reflection gets a chargeback, will I face the repercussions too or is that the risk that he takes as the middleman?

As a MM it's optional to hold the money.

After you've received the Bot account's detail and changed it to yours.
Ask the buyer to send the money directly to the seller, once the seller confirms he received the money.
You give the account info to the buyer so he can change it to his preference.

This might avoid you getting in to a Paypal conflict if the buyer does a charge back and you're involved in the dispute.
