I have sold gold in the past for several games...
Using `gift` to accept payments, despite what many think, is not `safer`. Pay the tax and, if a chargeback arises, you have a valid claim.
Also, consider using `MoneyPak`.

In the event that you /do/ get a chargeback, your best bet is to call Paypal and thoroughly explain the situation to them.
I have gotten my money back in my PayPal account just by doing this. Be honest.
Even if you aren't covered under the `Seller protection` or whatever, keep talking with the customer service representative. Talk to them about your most recent transactions, about how they're all fine apart from this one person who is trying to scam you.
