other got scammed for buying gold and paypal dont open disputes about "sending gifts" unless u lie..

Bullshit

If you trade virtual goods(ie no tracking of a sent item) and PayPal finds the account hacked, you have nothing to do. No screenshots, conversation logs, or anything will help you. You were just lucky

It's quite simple, just make sure you don't send it as gift, don't let him send as gift.

Gift is not a trade, gift is a gift. So you won't win, because you should not be selling trough gift.
Just pay the taxes, they are there to your own protection.

And then, in virtual goods is really hard, so just make him say something like:
"I am paying for virtual goods that were already delivered, and if I try to chargeback, will be because I'm trying to scam the seller"

100% always won and all as gift too. Screen shot EVERYTHING. People will respond to me saying "SS does nothing stfu", but it has worked for me every time. As for unauthorized payments I am also 100%, but if I told you how to "prove" they weren't hacked people would then out smart my technique :P

Regardless if you can 100% legitimately prove that you have actually transfered virtual goods to the buyer, does paypal find that the money was transfered "unauthorized", they will do a reversal to the buyer. You are just lucky that you didn't get payed through a hacked account. NO screenshots or anything will help you.

12/12. Cause i've been a verified member since ~2000 (and also know some of the paypal staff). I always laugh when some poor thing tries to scam me by making a chargeback

The only close one was when I had a dispute against another old school verified PP member, he was verified since 2006 or so, but I won because I could provide screenshots/evidence.

If it was truly a hacked account No I wouldn't win. But if they seem fishy to me I do my best to verify that they are indeed the owners of the account first.
