Mara's Ammy w/Chance to Blind on Hit!!!

I haven't seen any of the amulets on the AH or the real money AH have this stat. I'm selling this for real money so please PM me in game. I will place it on AH for $250 since those are what the top ammy prices are going for.

I tried my best to find a comparable for this but there is NO other Mara that has this stat. Seriously offers only and based on my research, blind on hit procs on ALL enemies including boss types.

3 percent chance to blind on hit
4 reduce dmg from range
