    Try to replace the PCIVendor and PCIDevice values with those two:
    PCIVendor "4098"
    PCIDevice "26393"

    If it still doesn't work try to spoof the pcivendor and pcidevice values by using DXtweaker or 3D Analyzer(if you are gonna use the programs use them with the diablo exe not the launcher).
