Hardware Bot against TOS?

I see the TOS mentions software automation tools (bots) but it doesn't mention hardware bots.
If you check out a device called "USB autoGAMES" (available on ebay for 39.99) you'll see it's a hardware automation tool.
it will do keystroke and mouse movement commands via USB interface.

Granted, this won't work for complex farming but maybe for simple chest bots? (but unfortunately pick everything up.)
Thoughts?

*edit. Looking for thoughts on if you'd get banned for "hardware automation" or any banning at all.

Didnt people get banned on Warcraft for The keyboard macros? like the logitech ones ect? Correct me if im wrong and i know its a different game but wouldnt it be classed as the same thing?

Wasn't aware of that. I would think the TOS shouldn't specify "software" automation if they are going after any automation.
Maybe the WoW TOS is different than the D3 TOS?

They detect people are botting generally by the bot like behaviour. Its very unlikely they deamonbuddy will ever be detected via warden...

its the Bot-like behaviour that is going to get you banned. Using the method you have suggested will still result in bot like movement and what ever..

So they will still ban you they wont believe you where using a usb interface anyhow.
