Leveling scripts for 2.0.3/RoS

I've been out of the loop for a while...stopped when people were abusing sarkoth runs with autoit. I'm interested in a bot/script that can get me some paragon levels and pick up any legs that drop, but I don't want to use demonbuddy and I want to keep ban chances at a minimum. What do you guys recommend? Is autoit still my best option, and if so, what scripts are still working? Thanks.

Yeah, I'm also interested in this. Id like to be able to get some extra paragon levels while I'm not home.
