A few Questions about Botting Diablo 3 and such. (Bit of a noob)

Hello everyone.I recently purchased Diablo 3, and i want to start botting within the foreseeable future, so i got some questions about it.

Please excuse me for my noobie questions, and some minor grammar mistakes, im tired! (Im a quite active gamer, and already got quite some knowledge of the game, and having experience in botting 24/7 with other games) but i want to make sure of everything and make sure i dont make a minor mistake that ends up very painful (You'll read about that later in the post!)

So my first question is; How advanced and reliable are the current bots out there, and how safe are they? and incase they ban you on Diablo 3 for botting, will Blizzard go Psycho on me and ban not only my D3 account but also my WoW account (They gave me an IP ban once because i was testing a bot on a trial account..for 5 minutes) - My plan is now to play it Legit, make money with the RMAH and get a second D3 key with that, and make that my botting account and use the earnings of that bot to either expand to more bot accounts or maybe gear up my main.

Secondly, is gold farming still profitable? are the very expansive legendaries i see on the RMAH actually selling or is the RMAH dead or barely used? with WoW i did alot of AHing without much work and made some decent cash from it.
Incase i plan on buying gold and stocking up on it, and reselling it with a bit of profit, will Blizzard notice anything or are there save ways to transfer gold on a daily basis without getting banned (Like using a Gbank or the AH in WoW)

Also does anyone have any experiences with selling on the RMAH and receiving cash on Paypal, because if there's on thing i dont trust with online banking that would be Paypal, mostly because they randomly freeze people's cash whenever they receive anything (lol, read this: The Escapist : News : PayPal Freezes $750K in MineCraft Dev's Account)

Last Question: What Bot do you recommend for Gold farming and are there any specific classes i should take for botting? (Like the hunter in WoW just seems to be made for botting )

I think, when i reach level 60 ill start with setting up everything and see how much i earn, if there's anyone here who would be willing to "hire" me (Help me setting up a bot, and ill sell my gold i farm to you ;D) I'm EU btw!

Alright thank you very much for reading this, and thanks in advance if you reply!
