Demonbuddy problem, might pay for help!

I bought demonbuddy because I wanted a professional bot, after using a 3 day trial I bought it and now, every run it finishes, I mean every time it finishes on act 3 arreat core when it is on town, about to disconet I get a network disconect error, if I press OK, it goes to the chracther menu and the bot conitnues to run, resume game, but when the next run is finished and it is on town it gets the same error, please i need help.
