Simple Question for "bot"

I want a very, very simple autoclicker "bot", for example where i can specify that specific keys are getting spammed/pressed all the time.

Say, i put spells on my "1", "2" and "3" keys..i enter those 3 keys into the tool and the tool then spams those buttons over and over, possible with some random delays.
(I can't do that on h/w level since my keyboard and mouse dont allow macros...as a temp solution i am sticking down keys on my keyboard with paper )

I am a coder, so i could do this in Javascript or any other simple language, but i do not know what warden can detect and what not.
I do not want to use any existing macro programs or macro tool since i think warden can detect them.

The goal would be a simple autoclicker but it should be undetectable by warden.

Any tips appreciated how i can go about that.

I would use autoit compile it when you are done.

I do not think warden will detect it, but do believe anything you use that does the same thing over and over and over again has a chance to be banned.

Even sticking a paper clip in your keyboard can get you banned.
