Need Help with AutoIt and How to Run a Script

Hello, I've just recently learned about Diablo 3 botting and am practically clueless on what to do to get a bot up and running.
I'm interested in running this particular bot - http://www.ownedcore.com/forums/diab...1920x1080.html ([Goldfarming] Dank Celler Gold and Loot [AutoIT Script] [WIZARD] [1920x1080])
I installed AutoIt but I don't know what to do with it.

I don't understand the bold/italicized either


Put the folder holding the PNGs wherever you want them (I advise the same folder as where your scripts are saved)
Update your INI with the location of your PNGs
Put the DLLs in C:\Windows\System32\
Install Tesseract-OCR and make sure you put the include file into "C:\Program File (x86)\AutoIt3\Include"
Run the script (be sure to run as x64 if you are on 64 bit OS)
Begin the script with =
Press x to stop it
Edit the settings in the ini file it generates (And only the INI)
*If you are running anything but fullscreen windowed mode @ 1920x1080, the size of letters will mismatch and not loot anything. Resize or make your own pngs.*

1. The script comes with some images in a file. You just need to place that file anywhere really.
2. There should be an ini file, settings or something similar (don't use/didn't download, but it is autoit, so my assumption is that is what it is). There should be a path in there, that points to the pictures mentioned in 1. Simply change that path to the path where you placed the folder with the images.
3. The DLL files that are in the folder need to go in your system32 folder, that way they can be used. Alternatively, you should be able to just keep the dlls in the same folder as the script.
4. I don't know what tesseract is, sorry.
5. If you have a 64 bit operating system, right click on the script, and click "run script (x64)", if you have a 32 bit machine, just run it normally.
