Basically rather than set sleep timers it checks to make sure that you are in the old ruins before running that script, or that you are in the dank cellar, or main menu, or town...
This way you wont have the issue of being in the menu and having your mouse jump about, or lag stopping you from being in the cellar and you try to attack Sarkoth while still outside.
If it finds that you are not where you should be, it will abort the run, you will teleport out and restart the game. (Looking into better options for in the future)
