D3 Item Utility is a screen utility in which items on screen are then taken, processed and saved.
Due to the drive behind this project no longer existing, I've released it openly, see my last post for attachment and details.

If it is legit, it is really nice
Anyway, I'll not be the first to avaliate it.
Just trying to get the word out a little bit.. program is free to use and will be forever. A pro version is underway for the hardcore AH users.
All files are included in both a compressed RAR file and openly on my website (for updating individual files).
Below is the file list:

Hm, for me it does not work.
I press F7 and the d3 window will resize. After that i hook my mouse over an item and press F8.
A screen displays with "xyz screenshot..." for a vera short time.
After that it does nothing anymore and i cant see / find any textfile or screens from the Images.
Sys: Windows 7 32 Bit VM , eng. D3 Client
What im dooing worng?

Lots of improvements since my OP, one major addition being autoAH, a search utility that sets the search types and attributes accordingly.
Venk2012,
That issue resulted from no data being shown, issue is fixed and new release uploaded.
Captured items are saved into text files, and the images are saved into a folder inside the Data folder. Once you have data, you can show it inside the data grid by using the filter options, or simply show all.
Bigger news though is a new release, which is open to anyone currently, and contains more features then the standard version release. So anyone interested can try it, and feedback is always appreciated.
This project is no longer active and is being released limited open source. (Only contains libraries and example form)
The attachment contains the project, but you need tessdata also for OCR to work.
TessData URL
tesseract-ocr-3.01.eng.tar.gz - tesseract-ocr
tessdata needs to be copied into main appfolder!
(I had it as a content folder in the project d3ImageProcessing, but due to size cannot attach it with source!)
Read the text file included inside attachment for more details.
