    that is a whoooole lot more work, you have to kind of know what you're doing and follow the steps in the beginning of this guide. after that you have to use a program like photoshop to proportionately shrink the imagesearch files (but even though I did this for 1280x720, it wouldn't recognize a lot of the images 90% of the time, might have been too small though 1440x900 might be fine) so if this happens most likely you will have to get the "item image spawner (i am guessing you can use this, i haven't looked or used but I saw it here) and then take screenshots and cut and paste then save as the correct filename. you can also just watch it forever while botting til you see something you need to screenshot. (optimally you will want to zoom in as much as possible in photoshop and cut and paste as small an area as possible, but while still being uniquely identifiable as the item in question. then in addition, you may have to adjust "tolerance" level for imagesearch to match the images.

    see how much work this is, you should thank the people that have it done for you more often

    also u can try virtual machine, can set to larger resolution than you have

    also can try demonbuddy instead of this

    I'm actually going to start converting the latest scripts to different resolution, would be awesome.

    For those who are still using this old fashioned but safe script, and actually experienced stucking after death, this is a cheap fix.

    This way you're guarantee to always be able to click on "RESUME GAME", since that's usually the case that the bot isn't running.

    Now again, you HAVE to edit your D3Prefs.txt file. Locate these lines, and make them these exact values.

    When you run D3, it should launch in a 1600x900 window, not fullscreen, or windowed fullscreen. Load the scrip, press the "=" key, watch your cursor bounce around the D3 window for a bit, then it'll be off. I just tested it personally, and it works fine. There is absolutely no reason it shouldn't work for anyone else, unless you are not doing something correct. That's the whole point of having it run in windowed mode.


    Thank you for this. For some reason it seemed to work better in full screen, but i'm not complaining. Is there anyway to combine this with notAres' monk script? I collect all the gold fine, just seem to miss gems etc. Wondering if there's anyway to maximize it.

    These scripts would take a very, very heavy amount of modding to work on 1440x900. These scripts are made for 16:9 resolutions, where 1440x900 is 16:10. The whole point of this, is so you don't have to run it in 1440x900, you can run it in a 1366x768 window.

    I haven't looked at the monk script as I just play a DH, so I wouldn't know really. And as for gems, I've never used it to pick up gems, either.

    Anyway, I've kind of given up on keeping up with these. What I have in this thread is based of notAres' 1.3a script, which is what I like to think of his last "simple" script. It was before he started implementing any ImageSearch functions, which is much harder to adapt. Since we're up to 1.9.3 now, it's a bit behind his current works.

    I have a native 1650x1080 res and have tried your guide on how to set it up to 1600x900. Actually I've been up for over 6 hours trying different methods to get these scripts to work. Each one is the same, in that they start to work. After a couple esc presses they find the game, sit there, go through the skills, tele, and repeat. They never move. Any idea on what I may be doing wrong?
