There was a thread in their forum yesterday as well saying the bot would be down for half a day after the patch.

that said, they coulda been a lil more open about it, but yeah if you've made more than 5M botting, shame on you for reversing imo.

I wasn't gonna start the bot till the ban waves come anyway so waiting won't be that bad , and if they scammed us , good for them , i got my money of the bot by seeling the gold + a lot more

p.s. : If it's a scam , all the people that never exploited / fooled / scammed someone else start throwing rocks or qq's i guess /haha

but you won't get your money back, you've got a receipt and accepted their terms and uses which i assume you can't get a refund at any circumstances, plus it is a virtual thingy.

Exactly BECAUSE its virtual is the reason you can get it back. Its the reason so many people that sell gold have to deal with charge backs. Paypal does not offer seller protection for virtual goods, which means the "buyer" gets to do whatever they want.
