Where and when did you download that? I don't have a WoWB_20740 and the emulated server is for 20756+ so that could be an issue.

I have done everything and started up the launcher. I typed in the email and password correctly and all. I go to log in and it says ive disconnected. Its says i have to restart the server and idk how to do that. Please help!

Close the sandbox and reopen it to restart the server.

Where and when did you download that? I don't have a WoWB_20740 and the emulated server is for 20756+ so that could be an issue.

Earlier today, I downloaded via client plus the thread from MMO C @jack.. somthing made, Im currently trying to download the client from suggested torrent now to see if the issue is fixed.

Module 8c isn't a part of the client and even if it was you wouldn't be able to inject it into your client very easily.

Be careful with the !tele though. If you mess up, it will likely crash and you'll have to create a new character.

Your issue is stemming from WoW itself, not the server. Google shows me people on the PTR have experienced the same error in regards to 'CGxShader.cpp'. My best advice would be to ensure your drivers are up to date or try reinstalling the client.

I followed the instructions word for word and have had no trouble except when I had Battle.net open. After closing it, I have had no further issues other than crashing it myself with bad coords or mapids.

How do i reinstall the client if I downloaded with the Torrent? Plus I have both Bnet updated and desktop tasks closed.

Looks like the torrent is just loose files, so you'd have to download the whole thing again, let's try a few other things first since that will take a while.

Try restarting your whole computer and make sure Battle.net is closed! Did you edit the Config.wtf file? If not, that would certainly cause it to disconnect!

1. Open WTF/Config.wtf
2. Add 'set portal "127.0.0.1"' at the end of the file
3. Save it.

I have Intel on board GFX and there updated. How would that make a difference anyways when I play wow just fine.

Can someone post the contents of their config.wtf file? I've downloaded the whole thing and I never got the config.wtf so I just copied one from the live server which didn't work.
