    Thanks to Xel for being quick to post this. His original post can be found here. I've promoted it to front-page for those who don't view the News Section within the actual forum and might be interested in doing this.

    Makes me wish I was actually in a guild because I love writing essays. Best of luck to all those who apply though and I'd love to see your essays after you have completed them.

    Blizzard will be picking 100 winning submissions each week for five weeks (that's 1000 x 5 = 5000 people joining the closed beta). Picking of the submissions will start on Monday, June 7th and end on Monday, July 12th.

      And another closed WoW beta test with only 5,000 people in it. No wonder why the game is so damn boring, it is only fully enjoyable to 5,000 people. And my recently old guild was lead by a jerk and contained the most depressing people you'll ever meet.. so this suggestion did not boil to well.

      Sadly my guild disbanded so guess what, NO ENTRY FOR ME! I hate this . I wish blizzard would pick randomly like they did last year, not some crappy guild contest

      @ Bpc501, don't moan when you could easily join another guild and make some friends VERY easily, many people (Like me) are not in the US and cannot enter at all..

      Just means we gotta wait longer for the open beta.. I don't think this game can hold me for a half a year of ICC.

      wow everyone complains to much **** the US and stuff like that you know what i live in the US and i have never done anything to europeans or the lather....so why throw stuff like that at us...if you want something then stop complaining about it here and do something about it. For instance how about you get alot of friends to make a protest to blizzard about other countries beside3s the US to join in more of the activities...if your not willing to try and do something about it then you have no right to complain...curse me all you want cause name calling don't effect me....what effects me is the human nature is down to winers abd procrastinators :wave:
