Rumors which have been circling around for a couple of days have been finally, and this time officially, confirmed.
Charles Roven, the old, but wise producer of several mega-hits such as the two recent Batman films and senior producer in Legendary Entertainment has confirmed that the Warcraft movie will begin shooting in the first quarter of next year and will finally move on from the point it has been for several long years now.
First quarter 2014 we're going to shoot that movie, says Roven in his short and promising statement in an interview about Legendary's future plans.
We're moving forward; obviously Legendary is making that film and I'm having a great time with Duncan.
There have also been several official IMDb updates considering this movie, such as the infamous (????) release date being changed to 2015, and Charles Roven getting the movie in his Filmography tab;

The movie also got a suggested title, which is World of Warcraft: The Movie 3D IMAX Experience, but this could easily, and most probably be changed.
The film, which I'm certain that most of you aren't even aware of its existence has been piling up updates in the last few months, and seems to finally be moving forward.
For those of you who know nothing about the movie, yes, it actually exists, it is a current project under production of the Legendary Entertainment, and the director of the movie is Duncan Jones, son of the famous musician David Bowie.
What do you think about this movie? Is Blizzard finally doing this movie after all of these years?
Do you think the recent canceling of the unannounced Titan project and World of Warcraft game loosing 1.3 million active subscribers has anything to do with this?
Feel free to share your thoughts.
