Offgamers Selling Fake Gamecards!

I just bought another game card... it worked just fine like the 20x I have purchased stuff from them. All I can say is more than likely this is a fluke. It's too bad they have not given you a refund at least...

Possible idea for offgamers -- Maybe you guys could offer store credit in rare cases like this... for gold or something. Thus your losses really aren't as bad as a physical item like a game card.

Been buying from Offgamers.com since they opened, saving almost 150 swedish per gamecard nowadays. NEVER had any issues. Well ONE:
Had to wait 11 minutes for my code.

Bought maybe 100 Gamecards from Offgamers as they mail you them instantly without any questions. I've never had any problems. The only problem seems to be, if you leave the page open, then you you'll have to re-log into the Battle.net account, and when it refers you to the input site, it says an error. And you just completely log out, and in again.

Offgamers is probably the best service out there. Great prices, discounts always..

But there actually can be an issue with your browser and the account management website. Once you added the first gamecard to one of your characters, logout -> close the browser -> open up a new browser window -> login -> add the second card, this is a very common bitching reason which happens to me a lot when i try to add gametime to my few accounts at once.

I attempted to buy WoTLK and 2 60 day cards from Offgamers recently. I had bought from them before. I used a Verified US Business paypal, with over 3,000 successful transactions.

Offgamers requested a copy of my power bill, a copy of my photo id, and my signature on a form with fine print that gave them certain rights. They asked for everything I would need to go apply for a replacement Social Security card with which they could steal my identity, get copies of my credit cards, access my bank accounts, and even take out lines of credit.

Theres something shady that has happened to this company. I would seriously consider staying away from them. No company should ever attempt to collect this type of information from you unless they are loaning you a large sum of money.

I would like to clarify that I myself have also used offgamers a LOT without issue.

the thing that concerned me was not necessarily that one bad card slipped through the bunch.. but how horrible the customer service was- they simply said no without even researching it

then I began to do some research and came accross 3 other people having the same issue CURRENTLY. so I thought it was worthy of being addressed

Just bought a cataclysm key for my second account from them, everything worked fine and fast. Took them around 2 mins to e-mail me the key.
So far I've only got a WotLK and a Cataclysm key from them and there were no problems. I'll keep using them for cd-keys.
