[Guide] Changing spell models

Tool's: MyWarcraftStudio

Alright. Sorry for not useing picture's. .

1) Open MyWarCraftStudio.
2) Open the Common.MPQ.
3) Go down to the Spells folder. Not spell, Spells.
4) Find what you want change your spell model into.
5) Extract it to wherever you want.
(Example: I changed Incinerate... and basicly all Fire casting into Carrion Swarm. Only Incinerate changed into the model, but all fire casting's got this sort of Carrion Swarm cast floating around... oh well... ).
For this we will be changing Death Coil.
Alright...
6) Find the DeathCoil_Impact_Chest.m2
7) Find the DeathCoil_Missile.m2
Open up Notepad.
8a) You need to put DeathCoil_Impact_Chest.m2 and DeathCoil_Missile.m2 in Notepad. By clicking Copy Treepath or just typing it out.
9) Find the spell called CallLightning_Impact.m2
10) Click Pack(P) Create MPQ Archive.
11) Name it patch-#.MPQ (It can be any number between 3 and 9, or a letter between A and Z.).
12) Click Pack(P) Add File to Archive.
13) Add the CallLightning_Impact.m2 spell. DO NOT CLICK OK!
14) Rename CallLightning_Impact.m2 to DeathCoil_Impact_Chest.m2
15) Click Pack(P) AGAIN, and add CallLightning_Impact.m2 AGAIN.
16) Rename CallLightning_Impact.m2 to DeathCoil_Missile.m2
17) Go to Pack(P) and choose Save and Close Archive.
1 Log into to game, and cast Death Coil on an enemy.
19) Death Coil should now call down a lightning bolt when it strike's the enemy!
20) You're done!
