    Change npc and player direction

    is there anyway to make character models so they are facing the other way
    like how auctioneers look at you and face you can you make them face wall basically face oppoistes like North to south

    You could do them individually by rotating them with 3ds max. I'm not sure you can do it any other way. Youll have to extract the .m2 and convert it to 3ds. Rotate it, covert it back to .m2 and put it into a patch. That should work, but it will take a while.
