how do i edit proportions of models/certain parts of the model

how can i edit the dwarf model to be tall, and the human model to be short, and give dwarves even bigger noses

i replaced the human model with the ogre model in the data mpqs but it seems like the textures don't fit the model

i assume this is because it's a creature model and not a character model. how can i make the human character model fat as ****?
