how is this a scam?
Its not an scam its if an person Treats u to send ur ip
Sorry about
If you are afraid that they pick up your ip then go to my guide http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-sc...r-ip-safe.html
it will show you how to hide your ip.
Its not illegal to trade or sell WoW accounts.. its simply against blizzards ToS.. but blizzard cant do shit to a individual
So in other words if they have your ip and send it to the police,if they can prove that you scamed him ,you will "have fun" in jail
But police don't give a shi*t about blizzard.
WoW players selling accts.= alot..
Chance of police arresting one= VERY unlikely
So.. yea.. this isnt a scam anyway.. but sorry, just saying
at least he tried +2rep4u
Violating a company's ToU isn't illegal.
You CAN'T get in jail for trading/buying/selling account. It's simple; YOU CAN'T.
I'm not 100% sure about this, but no, you don't own you account, Blizzard owns it, can do whatever they want with it. So scamming a players account isn't actually taking anything from him.
You accepted that when you created your account.Originally Posted by Blizzard's Terms Of Use, Paragraph 8

police dont care about online account selling etc they got more important shit to worry about.
You would still be in a bit more trouble than him as you are guilty of theft while he just loses his accnt
