PayPal account closed - what now

my paypal account got closed. a company kinda scammed ( well they said account was token back...whateva..).

is there a way to get the account back or something else?
because them chinese ppl only accept paypal

If you filed a chargeback, paypal will permanently close your account. I've done that a couple times, and both times they closed my account, just make a new one.
