    Complaint about KOROBOOST.com — SCAM BEWARE

    to forum mods: please move this thread as you see correct.


    I have purchased a 40 RBG from Koroboost.com and I have not received the full service. They have taken my money without any problem, but they failed to deliver their service. Every time I try to contact them, they are idle. Then they blame it on me because I'm not online 24/7, and then telling me I should buy piloted. I am very disappointed with their services, because it seems their team has changed. They used to be really nice and delivered well, but somehow the whole experience is now worse.

    They are rude via chat and fail to deliver their orders.

    Please beware when purchasing from them.

    I got a serious complaint regarding their service, which was a little my fault (for being stupid) and their rude customer service and how they handle refunds.

    I purchased fel-annlhialor mount for 149eu, which was quite happy at the time, but 2 days after something changed in my finances and suddenly I needed money, so I requested a refund. Their policy is, if I request a refund, I will only get 10% to 50% of the payment I made, (which I didn't knew, at the time - lesson learnt.) They guy on Skype was "ok, refund is done, you only get 10% of the payment you made' I was like wtf? Okey, I refuse the refund and give me my mount, he was like,"no mount for you," "Please do not message here anymore, i can’t do business with people like you, sorry. Hope your understand." I told him to cancel it, yet he didn't listen. What sort of company does such a thing and gets away with it? He blocked me everywhere and how can I get my money back?

    Don't do business with Russians, since EU laws don't apply to them and you won't be protected against shady online companies.

    I can testify to their rude prehistoric manners in customer services. But they're russian, they never learned better.

    they are some bunch of russian teenegaers who are just fishing for idiots like you who spent hundres of euro on some stupid mount so they can drink vodka next month ...

    I've dealt with Koroboost on numerous occasions, each order (except one) handled quickly and without issue.

    One order they could not fulfill within the agreed time frame but was given the choice of postponing for a week or a full refund. I chose the latter and had the refund back in paypal by the time I'd finished speaking to the rep on Skype.

    Not saying your experience with them is not true @ OP / Letalius but they generally are one of the better service providers on this community.
    I do however agree with you in terms of their transparency when livestreaming during pilot runs.

    They should organise it more so that the person piloting the account checks all loot on the bosses prior to it being distributed out. On one of the livestreams of an order I purchased, the person piloting my account blocked out the chat box, so I had no idea what loot dropped / was being distributed.

    Although the items I wanted from that run I got, so I never really mentioned it but thought it was bad etiquette at the time.

    EDIT: Didn't realise this thread had been bumped from last year... meh.

    Even I dint faced any kind of problem, by agreeing their terms.
