Also if you want to hide it while playing, say, parents walk into room, and you have wow up...
You can download Autoit(http://www.autoitscript.com/autoit3/downloads.php) get the full version, it's free.
Then run the installer and then create a new text document(Notepad prefferably.) and put in the following script.
Code:
hotkeyset ("{F9}", "hide")
hotkeyset ("{F10}", "show")
func hide()
WinSetState ( "World of Warcraft", "", @SW_MINIMIZE )
WinSetState ( "World of Warcraft", "", @SW_HIDE )
endfunc
func show()
Winsetstate ( "World of Warcraft", "", @SW_SHOW )
WinSetState ( "World of Warcraft", "", @SW_MAXIMIZE )
endfunc
while 1
sleep(1000)
WEnd
then hit Save As and type SchoolWork.Au3. Doesn't have to be school work, but something inconspicuous, after all, a wow hider titled WoWHider won't accomplish much. Anyway, after that, right click it and select Compile Script.
This will make a .Exe that when run, hides wow and dehides wow at your command. This .exe only shows up in the processes.
heres how it works: This hides the program specified in the script(You can edit whats hiden, just replace World of Wacraft with whatever you want hidden) from the task bar, Alt-Tab and Ctrl-Alt-Del. The only way you could find this would be to look in the processes.
To use it, press F9 when you want to hide it. Once the disturbance is gone, press F10 and it will pop back up. Quite convenient.

Also, if you want to get the file back from Relz's suggestion(And it's a great suggestion), you type in the address bar the location of it. If it's World of Warcraft, I imagine it would be located in your C drive. If so, type in any address bar "C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft" this will get you to a blank file, if you hid WoW. Then right click anywhere and deselect "Hidden." Viola.
