Got banned for selling gold.. any way to get account back?

Got banned for exploitative activities, I tried emailing them and got this... does anyone have any suggestions or success stories for the same ban

We have reviewed the action taken against this account once more and have once again determined that the registered player of this account has violated the World of Warcraft Terms of Use ( Blizzard Entertainment: World of Warcraft Terms of Use) by being associated to multiple accounts that participated in exploitative activities.

As such, we are unable to amend or remove the account action. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We take account-related matters very seriously and can assure you that this issue has been fully investigated by multiple members of our Account Administration staff to verify accuracy.

Don't sell to chinese people, a lot of bans have happened recently and now with the paypal thing and all..

I sold about 135k g some days ago got banned within 15hours of that 'Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy' and it talks about RWT in the mail so it's gold selling, sold about 90k with the exact same method (= just trade, no character deletion / other accounts) back in december few weeks after cata to the same people with no problems.

You won't get your account back unless you have logged in with different IP's when selling (claiming to be hacked).

Noone knows that i know of, sell big and go out with a 1000 or 2 in your pocket imo

Sold to an asian that posts on these forums, face to face trade, 70,000, got banned the same day, not sure if the guild transfer method is safter or not

lol how do they assume you sold the gold?

Almost everyday I trade people 50-150KG for Buying and Selling items and never once got warned.

Seems to me that once these chinese or asians buy your gold they report you to blizzard [After making sure the funds are transfered through like 2-5 other characters] so they can keep the funds and make sure you never try and report the gold back?

I'm not sure but seems impossible for blizzard to be like HEY WE TRACKED THAT YOU TRADED SOMEONE 100KG SO WE ARE BANNING YOU!

if that was the case 50% of my server would be banned [Blackrock Horde] because people on there spend MASSIVE amounts of gold, Think someone paid 500KG for Invincible
