Is there anyway to not get banned when you trade 10k-50k gold at once?

The real question is who are you selling it to? If it's a friend and you're getting the cash on the side then you're fine, if it's a chinese gold seller there is a risk. Then again with any gold selling there is no 100% way to be sure you won't get caught.

Planning on selling it to someone from the internet so I don't know whether he's a gold seller or something. But are there any ways to 100% protect my main account from this? like trading via Auction? making another vanilla account? etc.?

Why chinese gold man is risk? Only if it is pure hand farming gold is safe.

I don't think anyone can say for 100% certainty that you can be guaranteed to avoid a ban for gold selling, but there are some steps you can use to help protect yourself.
1. Get a secondary account. Send the gold from your main account to this account before trading it to the gold buyer.
1a. If you are extra paranoid, use a different name on this account.
1b. Possibly send this money to the secondary account in small amounts over a larger time.
2. Trading to the gold buyer, you have three options. I can't say for sure which one raises the most suspicion.
2a. Face-to-face trade.
2b. In-game mail.
2c. Auction House.
3. Again, you could try to do it over a larger number of small transactions to avoid red flags.
