OK, first you need to be in dalaran, then go to The Violet Citadel and go up the stairs and then take a left and enter the portal so you arrive at some parlor thingy. Go out to the balcony and use your flying mount. Now just fly over the balcony and aim for the Bank in dalaran and land at the stairs, luckily you'll have no debuff!

and noworman, your'e not ment to be there with flying mount.

this works only in a few parts of dalaran u can fly around the magus commerce exchange as long as u like one step out and u ll get the debuff
