It's not a glitch you're just hitting the second teleport parameter for Molten Core. It's there for people who lagged too much trying to jump through the window in vanilla.

This is exactly how I used to zone into molten core while avoiding the pvp, Just jump down into the lava and instant zone in.

When you fly to the blood-elf npc, you can fly through the "window" to the left of him. Then you phase to MC. This "phasing box" extends down into the lava. It has absolutely nothing to do with Milhouse Manastorm in any shape or form. This exists since Classic and is no exploit.
