[Druid Healers] Gain Clearcasting Without Using mana.

Ok was messing around with my my lv61 Druid who i just respect as a healer, While in tree form and being bored mid way thou ramparts i started using up my leather scraps, first i noticed i didn't get unshifted, Then i noticed in 10 leather makes i had Clearcasting proc 4times..
Not all that great but guess might save abitta mana at the beginning of the battle while your waiting for the tank to lose abit of health. Or maybe a free hurricane (Not tested Hurricane with it,)

Havent had OoC proc on skinning tho....

Clearcasting procs off anything and everything, it has done since 3.0 if i remember correctly.
